女性の直腸クラミジア感染症の治療はドキシサイクリンがアジスロマイシンより優れる

直腸のクラミジア感染症の治療は、アジスロマイシン1g単回投与より、ドキシサイクリン1回100mg 1日2回 7日間のほうが効果が高い（95.5% vs 78.5%）ことを示した前向きコホート研究。

試験デザインはややわかりにくいがFigure 1とFigure 2を参照。性器クラミジア感染症では、2剤の効果は同等だった。女性を対象とした研究。
